Sharing whiteboard notes during web meetings [Whiteboard House / Office] Electronic blackboard

This is an introduction to examples of information sharing with remote locations during online meetings and system trouble occurrences. Low-cost implementation. Demo units available for loan.

We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Shirabanka" at the IT Infrastructure Technology Research Laboratory, R&D Department of SoftBank Corp. [Challenges Before Implementation] ● We wanted to easily save and share notes taken during meetings. ● We wanted to use a whiteboard to quickly and accurately share information during system failures. The system, which saves data on a server within the internal network and shares it via a browser using a terminal with a touch panel, is a unique solution developed by the Network Planning Department, and we are utilizing it in conjunction with the features of Shirabanka. [Main Objectives of Implementation] ■ Saving notes taken during meetings and sharing information among members, including those at remote locations. ■ Sharing information with remote locations during system troubles. → Previously, when recording chronological information on the whiteboard, we communicated this information to the person in charge at a remote location via phone, while they wrote it down on the whiteboard while listening to the call. * We are currently offering a case study in PDF format. We also accept requests for demo units. * For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
